Paul Lawrence

Managing Director

Paul Lawrence is an accomplished technology executive with over 40 years of commercial experience across IT, communications, and software services. He has held multiple board-level positions within both enterprise and SME organizations, including PLCs and private equity-backed businesses, where he has consistently delivered strategic transformation and growth. Throughout his career, Paul has specialized in engineering, sales leadership, and executive management, operating at a senior level in the UK and internationally with leading companies such as GEC, Siemens, and Virgin Media.

He brings extensive expertise in diverse technologies and a proven track record of driving digital transformation and organizational change.
Paul is married to Julie who’s horse crazy and in his spare time can be found either on the golf course or walking the black labrador – Murphy!

Guy Anderson

Sales Director

Guy Anderson serves as Sales Director at AddSecure, with responsibility for driving sales strategy and performance across the UK, North America, and Australia. He leads regional growth initiatives across a highly competitive fleet management and SaaS landscape, with a strong focus on consultative, enterprise-level sales. With more than 23 years’ experience in building, managing, and leading high-performing sales teams, Guy brings deep expertise in the fleet management SaaS market. His career spans the UK, Europe, South Africa, the Middle East, and the United States, including a five-year relocation to Atlanta, Georgia, where he was part of a small leadership team responsible for executing a successful land-and-expand strategy across North America.

Guy has a proven track record in designing and implementing structured sales processes and training frameworks, including MEDDIC, with a particular emphasis on new business acquisition and strategic upsell opportunities within the enterprise segment. His approach combines commercial rigour with a strong understanding of customer needs, enabling sustainable growth across complex, multi-market environments. He is recognised for building and nurturing highly motivated, high-performing sales teams that consistently set industry benchmarks for professionalism, product knowledge, and customer engagement. Guy’s leadership style is centred on accountability, clarity, and empowering teams to perform at their best, ensuring long-term value for both customers and the wider organisation.

Chris Eaton has over 25 years experience in development, primarily across machine learning, IoT and SaaS environments. For the past decade, he has specialised in telematics, leading the design and delivery of platforms that transform complex vehicle and driver data into meaningful operational insights. He is passionate about working with customers to gain the insight and feedback that can into practical, well-designed products, and works closely with teams to ensure technology delivers real value.
Earlier in his career, Chris spent 11 years in the retail sector, where he worked on footfall measurement and queuing solutions to improve customer service, alongside delivering data insights and analytics to support better decision-making. In his spare time Chris enjoys spending time with his family, going to the gym, hiking and mountain biking

Matthew Preston

Head of Operations

Matthew Preston serves as Head of Operations at Verilocation, overseeing operations, supply chain, professional services, customer delivery, and business process optimisation across the organisation. With over 15 years’ experience spanning fleet technology, telematics, SaaS, logistics, and operational leadership, Matthew has led major transformation programmes focused on scaling delivery capability, improving service performance, and strengthening governance. His background includes full cross-functional process redesign, digital transformation initiatives across CRM and ERP platforms, and measurable operational improvements in warehouse, distribution, and field service environments. He brings a strong commercial lens to operations, with responsibility for P&L oversight and revenue recognition as part of the senior leadership team.

Matthew’s leadership style is grounded in data-led decision-making, continuous improvement, and developing high-performing teams. He is passionate about building robust, scalable operations that put the customer first, while ensuring Verilocation continues to deliver reliable, compliant, and future-proof connected fleet solutions.
Outside of work, Matthew is a competitive armwrestler and coach, having represented his country internationally and now supporting the next generation of athletes. He brings the same discipline, focus, and commitment to excellence into his work with customers and teams.

In her role, Emma holds responsibility for all people initiatives and full employee lifecycle management. She ensures that Verilocation’s people processes are consistent, compliant and support our employees in the best way. Emma works closely with managers to support day-to-day people needs and to make sure ways of working reflect Verilocation’s values.

Emma has over 10 years of experience within multiple people-oriented roles across a range of industries, including IoT, aerospace and defence, and energy.

She holds an MA in Human Resource Management and is CIPD Level 7 qualified.
