A brilliant few days in Barcelona bringing the Verilocation team together.
Time away from screens and schedules gave us the space to think clearly, share ideas openly and strengthen the relationships that power everything we do.
There is something energising about stepping outside the day-to-day. Conversations flow differently. New ideas surface. Big challenges feel more solvable when you are tackling them side by side. Over a packed few days, we reflected on where we have come from, aligned on where we are heading, and mapped out the next stage of Verilocation’s growth.
But trips like this are about more than strategy sessions and roadmaps.
They are a reminder that what really makes Verilocation special is the people. The openness. The collaboration. The willingness to challenge constructively and support each other fully. The genuine care everyone brings to their work and to one another.
That culture does not happen by accident. It is built deliberately, through trust, shared ambition and a belief that the best results come from working together.
Of course, we also took time to enjoy one of Europe’s great cities. From early morning coffees to late evening dinners, the setting gave us the perfect backdrop to connect on a human level as well as a professional one. Those informal moments matter. They build understanding. They create alignment. They make teams stronger.
As we head into the next chapter, the energy from Barcelona comes with us. The focus is clear. The ambition is bigger. And the foundations are stronger than ever.
