Electronic Proof of Delivery, or EPOD, replaces paper delivery notes and manual processes with a digital record of delivery activity.

Verilocation EPOD captures the journey from assignment through to completion, combining delivery statuses, configurable workflows, evidence and audit information in one connected system.

What proof of delivery can EPOD capture?

EPOD can capture multiple forms of delivery evidence including: Customer signatures, Photographs, GPS locations, Timestamps, Product and quantity confirmation, Delivery or failure reasons & Customer-specific responses. The evidence required can be built into the workflow so it is captured at the appropriate stage of the delivery process.

Can EPOD workflows be customised?
